手沖咖啡因沖泡方法及器具簡便易用,近年來在歐美、日本深受歡迎。手沖咖啡需使用壺嘴較細的手沖壺,以免沖煮時水量過大導致萃取不足;多半採濾紙過濾,但會濾掉咖啡粉的油脂,風味較清爽,缺點是風味易受到沖時水流大小、萃取時間長短影響,手法簡單,想精通卻很難。
