三信家商中餐校隊是各大烹飪比賽的常勝軍,曾獲亞洲青年刀工大賽特金獎的學生陳柏鈞以雞肉變化出慕斯與泡菜卷,陳柏鈞說:「雞肉若以果汁機攪打,做成慕斯的質地會更細緻。而泡菜需擠乾水分再包入海苔裡,口感會更佳。」
