龜山島3月1日開放登島！由於考量到氣候及海象因素，龜山島每年的12月到隔年的2月會封島管制，3月1日才會再度開島，一直到11月30日才會再度封島。

由於龜山島規劃為生態島，所以每日登島人數限制，週一、週二及週四至週日為1000名，週三為500名。為了保護島上的生態，官方單位也望登島遊客盡量用眼睛觀賞風景就好，垃圾要記得帶走。
