「鐵廚」脇屋友詞首次西華客座　料理再創新意

台北西華飯店將於4月11日至14日邀請擁有中國菜「鐵廚」美譽之日籍主廚脇屋友詞首次來台客座，以其傳統上海菜為主軸融入日式細膩扎實手藝並結合法國元素，與怡園主廚高鋼輝的傳統粵式料理手藝相互交流，並帶來創新食材，包括，離心豆腐、德島香柚、北海道烏參、氣仙沼的魚翅搭佐冬季黑松露、毛蟹膏黃等食材，製作8道中華料理。於4月11日起為期四天之餐會，每日限量60席次。
