周登祥與周慧璇兄妹先後到澳洲藍帶廚藝學校進修，哥哥主修西餐，妹妹鑽研甜點，今年1月聯手在台中開店，初期以甜點為主，餐點選項較少，雖開幕不久，但頂著藍帶光環再加上北歐風情境，已成為沒有預約就得排隊的超夯店家。
