南投鹿谷的鳳凰自然教育園區，以河津櫻隧道在賞櫻季節打開知名度。來此賞花，不妨再前往周邊的杉林溪，園區內除了有粉色的河津櫻，白色的吉野櫻也含苞蓄勢待開；另外，杉林溪還種有鬱金香、牡丹花，遊訪的當下，無不感受到春神帶來的浪漫氣息。
